Dedication of 264 Russell Street: Sunday, April 21 at 1:30 p.m.
We waited for winter to end and now we are ready to join the Wahidi family for a springtime celebration on Russell Street!
We hope you will join us at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 21 as we officially dedicate the home and ‘pass the hammer’ to Habitat homebuyer Abdullah. Anyone who worked on this home, donated funds, or would love to attend a joyous gathering is welcome. We hope to see you there!
Special thanks to community build Raise the Roof and Eversource for sponsoring the construction of 264 Russell Street. Additional thanks to the 600 volunteers who hammered, cut, measured, painted, laid flooring, hung doors, and so much more in the process of building this home. We love seeing individual volunteers, businesses, organizations, religious communities, clubs, families, and friends come together to build with us!
